The Future of the Boardman River Dams

The Boardman River Dams Committee is considering a number of possible alternatives for the future of the Boardman River Dams, including repair and retention, modification, or removal of one or more dams. Each alternative has its own set of positive and negative attributes.
We want your opinion! What would you like the Boardman River to look like in the future? The goal of this survey is to learn more about what the people of the Grand Traverse Region want the Boardman River to look like in the future.
If you would like to learn more about the alternatives for managing the Boardman River Dams, you may want to begin by reviewing the general Informational Booklet published with our Public Opinion Survey. This booklet summarizes what has been learned about these alternatives over the past few years.
You may also want to look at the Fact Sheets for each of the six alternatives for managing the Boardman River Dams:
