- October - Preliminary Restoration Plan Completed
- October - Boardman River Stream Assessment Begins
2006
- January - Request for Qualifications for Engineering and Feasibility Study Released
- April - Project Website Unveiled
- June - Consultant Team selected to conduct Engineering and Feasibility Study
2007
- January - Engineering and Feasibility Study Begins with the approval of 2 work orders
2008
- Engineering and Feasibility Study Completed
- BRDC Recommendation to City and County
- City/County Decisions on Fate of the Dams
