In order to implement the recommendations of the Request for Qualifications Review Team and to ensure an open, public process the Implementation Team for the Boardman River Dams Project announces:

Boardman Rivers Dams Committee Special Meeting

Grand Traverse County Governmental Center

Meeting Purpose: Interviews with three consultant teams that have been named finalists to conduct the engineering and feasibility study for the Boardman River Dams Disposition Study.

Meeting Schedule:

9:00 – 10:00 AM: Selection Committee Preparation
10:00 - 11:30 AM: Corradino Group Interview
11:30 - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
1:00 - 2:30 PM: MACTEC Interview
3:30 - 5:00 PM: ECT Interview
5:00 - 6:00 PM: Selection Committee Debriefing

There will be NO MEETING of the Boardman River Dams Committee 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 27
