Property Owners Issues Team

The Property Owners Issues Team will work to protect all riparian issues, rights and ownership of the entire Boardman River, its ponds and Boardman Lake.

In January of 2007, the Boardman River Dams Committee formed a working team to address the management of and issues pertaining to the drawdown of the Boardman Pond. In March of 2007 the Property Owners Issues Team merged, if only temporarily, with the Bottomlands Management Team to address issues or concerns specific to the property owners on Boardman Pond.

At any point property owners in other parts of the Boardman Watershed can bring forward their concerns or questions to the full Boardman River Dams Committee or any working team at the monthly meetings. At such a time that it becomes necessary to address issues relating specifically to property owners in other parts of the Watershed (such as along the River or Boardman Lake), the Property Owners Issues Team will reform as a separate working team.

The Property Owners Issues and Bottomlands Management Team meets the third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 P.M. Check our Events page for meeting updates.
